Can't help but chuckle at this one. On the side of Cork n' Bottle liquor store, and submitted by reader Jen.

I painted the original message around 2008. There was a wave of graffiti in the neighborhood until 2010. I had just painted over a huge square of the building and repainted the message in hope that it might be read. I wasn't expecting a response. I painted over the "OK" just days after this picture was taken. It has remained graffiti free to date, 2/21/2021.
Welcome to Madison Street Art - a collection of photos and musings about the various pieces of stencil, tag, paste, chalk, and every other kind of public/street art we stumble onto in Madison, Wisconsin (and the surrounding communities).
Feel free to send your own submissions in, too. Drop me a line at madstreetart@gmail.com
We're here simply to appreciate and/or study the various forms of street art that are out there, not to bust the artists or to condone vandalism.
